I PROUD 1

I am proud of my learning task because this is my best writing so far this year. I am sharing this with you because I am really proud of it and I want to share it so other people will enjoy my writing.

My Best Learning

This is my… Scene Description

As I hear the cluttering noise from the waterfall I run to the noise. Then I stop and look at the most beautiful view of the waterfall. The native smell from the trees and bushes glides past my nose . As the sun set’s  the sun is  gazing across the waterfall. As I dip my hand into the the glistening water, it makes me feel alive. As I look closely I can see leveled rocks making a little waterfall. There is a curved cliff that is making the most amazing  waterfall I have ever seen. The crystal clear river rushes to go past the smaller waterfall then it goes calm like a cat sleeping. As the colourful cloud slowly makes its way to the other side of the world. As I fall asleep slowly I can hear the water slowly calming down.

I am proud of this because I put my personal best into my description. As you can see I put in my senses into my writing. That is why I am proud of my scene description.

My biggest challenge was trying to put in more improve words so my writing could pop out more.

My Favorite Book task

Hi my name is Keighan,

I am going to be talking about My favorite book task. This book is called Too Many Secrets. This is one of my favorite books to read. I am very proud of my writing because I put my very best into this writing. I am sharing this with you because  it is a very good book to read and I put my hardest into this writing. The author of the book is Adele Broadbent.

Weet-bix triathlon

Hi blog readers,

It is Keighan here and I am going to be talking about my Weet-bix triathlon that happened Thursday the 18 of February. I saw a lot of people that I have not seen in a long time. This year was my first year of doing the Weet-Bix triathlon. I am proud of what I have achieved. My favorite thing about the Weet-Bix triathlon was that all the things I had won that day and doing the triathlon with Liske. The Weet-bix triathlon was not about winning it was about giving it a try. My number for the triathlon was 125528. When I got my T-shirt, it also came with a tog bag with a list on the back. It had a form that told me where to go. I am sharing this with you because I tried hard to get to the finish. At the end of the race we got given a medal  and also a cup of water. We had to take a photo with your medal. At the end of all of it I was puffed.

Welcome to 2016

Welcome back to my blog! Bloggers I am back in Rimu this year, it will be a great year. I am a year six. My hobbies are  sports, dance and many other hobbies. I like to go out and ride my bike to stay fit, and also running  because I like to practice. My teacher is Mrs Love  she is a great teacher because I have had her as my teacher last year and the following year after. 

(My Holiday)
In the holidays I went to my Nan's house in Mahia.  I went with my uncle, also my sister and brother. It was a two hour drive from where we started. I like how I spent a lot of time at the beach I went surfing. We spent three days at my Nan's house. On Christmas day I went to my cousins house and saw a lot of my family. My niece  Paige was funny. We took some  photos together.

My Character Description

Last week for my writing I was doing a character description about my Brother Julian.
I am proud of this because It was about one of my family member and I put lots of effort into it.
I did this because I am proud of it and I recon it is one of my best writing.

Julian AKA My Brother

My brother Julian is a self confident  person who is crazy about sports.

He doesn't care what people think about him. He is a kind  to people he knows.

Julian has black hair and a big sense of humour. He is short but muscular, he is Maori. Julian lives with my dad and my bigger brother Aston also my cousin EJ. He cooks for my dad and me. Julian cleans up after him and recently he went up on a farm for docking  to earn money for him to spend or save.  He has brown bold eyes when you are far back you can still see his eyes. And Julian has bold clothing.

My brother can be a pain in the back side but he is still a loving brother to me. He is very playful with me we would play held at the park sometimes. Julian is very funny to his friends and family. He gets his funniness from my dad.

He’s annoying  because when I’m asleep he would wake me up and scare me.

Julian is a fast person when he was at primary school he was the fastest in the school. Rugby is his favorite sport because he made it in the under 14teens rugby team from Hastings boys high school.

When Julian was at primary school he made it to the Hawke's Bay under 11 touch team. Also when Julian was at primary there was a ripper tournament whoever won that went to the world's ripper tournament in Auckland they won so they went to Auckland  He was a year five when he went. And the coach of the team is my teacher Mr Moriarty.

My brother is the best brother in the world. If you meet him, you will know why.

My skipping challenge

I am proud of this because I am good at skipping and I reckon I could get more then that in a week.

I did this because it was something that I was proud of.

My skipping was hard for me because I had to show Aston how to skip properly. Also had to my own skipping done this took me three days.  My challenging thing was cross over. The easy one was 10 seconds of jump skipping. The thing that went well for me is 30 running skipping. The thing  that did not go well for me was 10 shuffles.
