Basketball Reflection

Write down five things to think about when you bounce a basketball.
  1. Feet shoulder width apart
  2. Bounce the ball to waist height
  3. Step forward
  4. Chest pass
  5. Am for persons hands or chest

What are the main four parts of basketball?
  1. Passing
  2. The ball
  3. shooting the ball
  4. Defend

How can you protect the ball from a defender? Move around.


What was challenging for you? bouncing the ball with my left hand,
